Original style buckets, and backseat covered in ultra leather. Front seats have added bolster support. Bucks have new back and sides. New carpet, dash pad, door weather-stripping, window fuzzies, and rear window channels. CD player in the glove box. Car has been totally re-wired using modern plug type fuse box. Stewart Warner performance gauges.
ENGINE/TRANSMISSION:
All new/rebuilt 383. Scat series 9000 crank, Scat I-bean 7/16” rods, Probe forged pistons, all balanced. RHS 200cc aluminum cylinder heads. Clay Smith Hydraulic roller cam, and Crane full roller rockers. Hooker ceramic coated Super Comp headers. Edelbrock Performer RPM intake and carb. Aluminum water pump and radiator, and never runs hot. Engine runs VERY strong, with no hesitations. Transmission is a T-56 from a’97 Camaro, works flawlessly. Transmission was installed using an ATS kit. New driveshaft and u-joints. New gas tank, straps and sending unit.
SUSPENSION:
Front sub-frame was pulled, blasted, and painted semi-gloss black. Guldstrand a-arm relocation modification. All new Moog wearable suspension pieces. Hotckis springs, and front sway bar. Bilstein shocks, give this car an excellent ride, while handling is very impressive. Detroit Speed and Engineering sub-frame connectors. Quick ratio power steering. Rear end has 4.11 posi, it was removed, blasted and painted base/clear.
BRAKES:
Front brakes are 13” rotors and C4 Corvette PBR calipers. Rear are 12” rotors, and PBR calipers. Brake set up is exactly the same as a Baer “track” system.
WHEELS/TIRES:
Wheels are 18x7 and 18x8 Budnik “Gassers.” The hoop is polished, while the spokes are satin. Tires are Nitto 555’s, 235/40 front, and 275/40 rears.
